Preharse Patel

As Vice President of Business Development at Prosperity Legal Services, PLLC, Preharse Patel brings a strong legal background and client-focused approach to the firm’s real estate, title, and estate planning practice. She works closely with clients, lenders, real estate professionals, and business partners to support the firm’s growth and deliver professional, efficient service.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Preharse earned degrees in Economics and Government from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Business Foundations certificate from the McCombs School of Business. She received her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Preharse is a licensed attorney in Florida and is currently pursuing licensure in Kentucky. Before joining the firm, she served as Corporate Counsel for a hospitality and real estate investment group, advising on acquisitions, leasing, financing, and operations across a multi-state portfolio. Her experience in business, real estate, hospitality, and litigation gives her a practical, relationship-driven perspective when helping clients and professional partners navigate important legal and financial matters.

Outside of work, Preharse enjoys traveling, cooking, staying active, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She is an avid Texas Longhorns and Dallas Cowboys fan and is fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, as well as conversational in Spanish.
